DesignWORK's person responsible for this service will promptly reply by email to schedule a 15- to 30-minute call with you. We will select one of your suggested times if possible, yet you will have the opportunity to confirm this time or suggest another time more convenient for you.
In this call, we will ask for additional detail regarding your situation, objectives and preferences. As well, we will discuss timing, price, payment terms, and any remaining details.
Within a few days of our call (Step 2) you will receive an email with our proposal letter attached. This plain-language Service Agreement will be clear and concise in its description of the proposed service.
We will expect an email from you with any questions you have about the proposed Service Agreement, and you can expect our prompt reply, which may include our suggestion for a follow-up call.
You accept our proposal simply by making the initial payment, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
